Description
Dal makhani (“Buttery Lentil”) is a popular dish originating from the Punjab region of India and Pakistan. The primary ingredients in dal makhani are whole black lentil (urad) with red kidney beans (rajma), butter and cream. It is rich in protein and vitamins.
Ingredients
Tomato (40%), Pulses (Matpe Beans, Kidney Beans) (20%), Onion (13%), Cream (5%), Water, Clarified Butter, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin, Coriander, Chilli, Asafoetida.
Directions:
Pour the contents into a pan and heat until piping hot or heat contents in a microwave proof bowl on full power for 4 t0 5 mins. Stir before serving.
