Chickpea, (Cicer arietinum), also called garbanzo bean or Bengal gram, annual plant of the pea family (Fabaceae), is widely grown for its nutritious seeds. The seeds are high in fibre, protein, and are a good source of iron, phosphorus, and folic acid.
Rehydrated Chick Peas, Water, Salt, Antioxidant: Absorbic Acid.
Drain water, heat and cook to taste.
Once opened, keep refrigerated in a non-metallic container and consume within 3 days.
