I'm not sure why this place isn't packed out every single day. The vast range of incredibly low priced spices, herbs and pulses is astounding. Even if you can't find what you're looking for, the staff will help you to identify what it is you need. The packet sizes are sometimes larger than you need (the shelf life of some of the spices could mean you end up wasting some) but if you get a couple of family members or friends together and divide it amongst yourselves, you'll probably pay around a quarter of supermarket prices. There's a massive selection of fresh produce too with some very interesting items I honestly couldn't identify. It doesn't stop there. Pots and pans, clothing, sweets and snacks, a wide selection of freshly made chutneys.... I could go on. But I won't. Just go and visit your won't regret it (except that you may need to buy more kitchen cupboards to put all the goodies in)
